The four models in the Bayfront Collection of single-family homes, priced from $566,975 to $599,975, have 2,868 to 3,243 finished square feet with three or four bedrooms, two or three full baths, and one half bath.
Many of the homes in this collection include front and rear porches or decks to enhance outdoor living. The homes have beaded vinyl siding and Cedar Impressions siding, Andersen windows with integrated grills and screens in the living areas, and two-car rear-entry garages.
Standard features of the Bayfront Collection include a two-story foyer, 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a direct-vent fireplace, crown moldings, chair-rail moldings, gas heat and a home communications package including Category 5 wiring.
Hardwood flooring is found in the foyer and powder room, as well as the kitchen, which has 42-inch raised panel cabinets with crown moldings, Corian counters, a desk and a center island.
All full baths have ceramic tile flooring, and the master bath includes a whirlpool tub, separate shower and two separate vanities.
The Kitty Hawk model, with 3,221 finished square feet, is priced from $594,975. This home has upper- and lower-level porches and a foyer entrance into the dining area, which is open to the center-island kitchen. The living room includes an oversize bay window and a fireplace with an entertainment niche. At the back of the home are a mudroom with a closet, a powder room, a laundry room and a pantry.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large bay window, a walk-in closet and a bath with a cathedral ceiling. Two additional bedrooms each have a walk-in closet and a private full bath. Near the stairs is a tech center designed for computer work.
