Souvenirs of Paris

A federal judge in Los Angeles has issued a temporary injunction against a Web site peddling personal pictures, videos, diaries and other items that hotel heiress Paris Hilton kept at a storage facility.

Miss Hilton sued the Web site ParisExposed.com last month, accusing it of exploiting her personal belongings for commercial gain. The injunction issued Friday temporarily bars the Web site from releasing her Social Security number, health data and other personal information.

Miss Hilton's spokesman, Elliott Mintz, said Saturday he was pleased by the move.

The subscription-based Web site appeared last month and claims to have footage of Miss Hilton in a "sexy bubble bath" video and various shots of the 25-year-old socialite in "racy situations."

Miss Hilton previously said she put her possessions in storage two years ago when she and her sister, Nicky Hilton, moved out of a house that had been burglarized.

The lawsuit claims two defendants paid $2,775 for the contents of the storage unit and later sold the items for $10 million to entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who created the Web site.

Mr. Persa is due in court on Feb. 16 to address the injunction.

Heche/hubby to divorce

Anne Heche's husband has filed for divorce after five years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

In documents filed Thursday, Coleman Laffoon asked the court to award him spousal support and joint custody of the couple's 4-year-old son, Homer.

The filing lists as separate property his earnings from the date of separation and "miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects."

Miss Heche, 37, and Mr. Laffoon, a motion picture cameraman, were married in September 2001. The couple met while working on a documentary about Ellen DeGeneres' return to standup comedy.

Miss Heche's publicist, Lisa Kasteler, announced the couple's separation nearly a week ago, but did not elaborate on the reason for the split.

Miss Heche had a high-profile relationship with Miss DeGeneres for more than three years. They announced their separation in August 2000.

Miss Heche currently plays a relationship guru who relocates to Alaska in the ABC television drama "Men in Trees." Her film credits include "Wag the Dog," "John Q" and "Donnie Brasco."
