K. Hovnanian Homes is building 38 single-family homes on 3- to 10-acre homesites at Brittany Estates in Stafford, less than a mile from the Brooke VRE station and close to parks, marinas, golf courses and shopping centers.

Each home in this Stafford County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.
