An isolated few elected officials are doing the right thing for the legal population. Remember many states have 'Sanctuary city' laws, where death is in the streets and highways from criminal illegal aliens. Now the word is out these illegal families will head for greener pastures, where they can still extract money from welfare programs. I'm sure California will welcome more illegal aliens with open arms, even though the have drained the treasury of $11. billion dollars. When ICE knocks on their door eventually--and they will, under the Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088). Deportation is an absolute certainty. Whereas, voluntary departure 'ATTRITION' means you can re-apply like all the millions of patient legal immigrants. IT'S YOUR FAMILIES FUTURE. DEPORTATION OR OVERPOPULATION. IF WE DON'T STOP IT NOW, MILLIONS WILL KEEP COMING TO APPEASE PREDATORY BUSINESSES. JOIN 756.000 other American patriots at www.numbersusa.com , to stop the travesty of our immigration laws. The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 signed by President Ronald Reagan on November 6, 1986) is an Act of Congress which reformed United States immigration law. The Act made it illegal to knowingly hire or recruit illegal immigrants (immigrants who do not possess lawful work authorization), required employers to attest to their employees' immigration status, and granted amnesty to certain illegal immigrants who entered the United States before January 1, 1982 and had resided there continuously. The Act also granted amnesty to several million illegal aliens, and its proponents promised (PROMISED) the American public that that would be the last (LAST) amnesty granted. Do not allow Congress to continue lying to us. Vote this Nov. to remove the pro-illegal senators and representatives.

there are many politicians with complexes about Inmigration, they do not see the problems by any side. Spain, the other "welcoming place for illegals", is a good example (Spain and the US are the receiving majors of immigrants around the world), here there have been last years a scandalous policy of opening borders and we are now suffering the consequences: crimes, violations, citizen insecurity ... "61% of the people who the past year happened to judicial disposition in Madrid were foreigners", the fiscal head of Madrid, Manuel Moix said. I am not politician, I can say the truth without fear ... and without complexes.

An editorial that makes one wonder why law enforcement was unable to deport a criminal that was here illegally. That's all it is. You know what? There are American citizens who are arrested multiple times for DUI, traffic violations, murder, rape, and any other crime you can think of. I doubt there are any numbers that support any idea that immigrants, legal or illegal, are active in criminal activity than anyone else. The scare tactics and endless stories of illegal activity by illegal immigrants are simply creating ghosts that play on fears. This country certainly needs new immigration policy and laws that allow people to come here to live and work. Until that is done, the enforcement issues will never disappear.

In Nevada if you don't have proof of insurance, you are not allowed to leave the scene in the vehicle. You can walk but the car is towed and you don't get it back until it is insured.

Do NOT let H.R. 5882 PASS! Please call the Representative(s) from your state who are listed on this note. They serve on the House Judiciary Committee and will be among the first Representatives in Congress to decide the fate of these bills (H.R. 5882 and H.R. 5924) which would increase employer-sponsored visas. 592,000 additional Americans were thrown onto the official unemployment rolls last month (and that doesn't count the millions already unemployed), and that the 550,000 jobs that H.R. 5882 would give to foreign workers ought to go to the unemployed Americans. Please do not let the Congressional staff tell you that these foreign workers are needed because they would fill jobs unemployed Americans would not accept. These 550,000 greencards would go to virtually every kind of foreign worker who do all the kinds of jobs that Americans have been losing.

"Mr. Menendez, who have made this country a welcoming place for illegals (CRIMINALS), have to shoulder some of the blame for the fact that aliens like Francis Hernandez continue to walk the streets. " It's sad to say Mr. Menendez works very hard his foreign backers and NOT for U.S. citizens, who mistakenly voted him into office.

Some questions. How is it possible to conduct a "War on Terror" and lax border security at the same time? Do we really know who's coming into this county? Do we care?

Don't forget HR 5882 is coming up for a vote in the House this week. Please pass this on to your friends, and acquaintances. H.R. 5882 (Menendez) would reach back to 1992 and "recapture" employment-based and family-based visas, potentially adding over 550,000 new green cards. H.R. 6020 would grant amnesty to illegal aliens who are family members of armed forces personnel. H.R.5950, details vast new immigrant detainee healthcare requirements that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would have to implement in all of its detention centers.

White House officials and Senate Democrats met in private three times last week to craft health care legislation. Do you think these discussions should be more public?
