The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 signed by President Ronald Reagan on November 6, 1986) is an Act of Congress which reformed United States immigration law. there are many politicians with complexes about Inmigration, they do not see the problems by any side. An editorial that makes one wonder why law enforcement was unable to deport a criminal that was here illegally. That's all it is. You know what?
