The redskins should hire him as an assistant to Joe Bugel. Bugel won't ba around much longer and Joe could be groomed to fit right in as the next Skins O-Line coach.
Actually, I think the Redskins will hire Russ Grimm before Joe Jacoby, due to Russ's experience as an NFL coach. I would like to see Joe remain at college level, even at top level college and teach the right fundamentals to young players so more of them might make it into the NFL.
