Most memorable house: Two years ago, a young lady said she wanted to sell her condo and purchase a garage town home in a specific neighborhood. She found a town home that she really liked but we did not have an offer on her condo so that one got away. Then, we got an offer on her unit. It was contingent on her finding a home to purchase, which she did not find and the contract expired. Eight months later, we received another offer on her condo. We were down to the wire when I was showing another client property in the preferred neighborhood and a young man stepped out and asked if my client would be interested in his town house. Instead, I showed his town home to my other client, and she made an offer that was accepted.
