SEAT SELECTION

British Airways has changed the seat-selection procedure on all of its flights. The new process enables travelers to log on to www.ba.com beginning 24 hours before their flight, check in and select a seat before they leave for the airport. The new procedure does not apply to first-class passengers, Gold and Silver Executive Club members, families traveling with young children and those holding fully flexible tickets, all of whom can choose their seat at the time of booking. For more information, see www.ba.com/seating.
